In order for your pet to feel at home with us, you may like to bring a few favourite toys and maybe their blanket or bed.

It would also be helpful to know their food likes and dislikes.

If your pet is on medication, we will need clear instructions on how this is to be administered.

Please leave your vets phone number with us, in case we need to contact them for advice.

We will also need your mobile phone number, or the contact number of a person who can make a decision on your behalf, regarding your pet.

If there is anything further that you feel would help your pet to settle in, please feel free to say.

Owners must produce an up to date inoculation certificate on arrival.

All pets must arrive in a secure box.

Hamsters may be delivered in, and stay in, their own home.
