The daily boarding charges include secure boarding, heating, food, general care and daily cleaning of pens.

Only cats that have a current vaccination certificate against Feline Infectious Enteritis and upper respiratory infections (Cat Flu) can be accepted for boarding. Owners must produce an up to date inoculation certificate on arrival.

No pet suffering from, or suspected to be suffering from, an infectious or contagious disease can be accepted. You will appreciate that this is essential in order to safeguard the health of all pets boarded.

We must be made aware of any medical problems your pet has, and you should give us full details of any medication or other treatment on arrival.

Veterinary attendance is assured and any treatment considered advisable will be carried out at the owners expense if not covered by the cattery insurance. All treatment prescribed prior to boarding can be continued during the pets stay. Any pre-existing condition which may require further treatment by a Veterinary Surgeon will not be covered by the cattery insurance.

Should an animal on arrival require treatment for internal or external parasites (fleas, worms, etc) then a charge will be levied for this.

Male cats over the age of seven months, which have not been neutered, will not be accepted for boarding as they could present an infection hazard.

Any pets not collected within 14 days of the stated departure date will be treated as abandoned. While every effort will be made to trace an owner, we reserve the right to rehome any such pet as we see fit.

Fees are charged for the day of arrival regardless of time, but no fee is payable for the day of departure. We accept cash, or cheques with a bank card.

Due to the high demand for kittens combined with a few frustrating timewasters, anyone wishing to reserve a kitten from a litter will be asked to place a £50 deposit which is non-refundable but deducted from the final payment for the kitten.
